Basically binged.

Then I came home and exercised. I had a cupcake with a shit ton of icing (probably 400ish), a fruit praite from McDonald's (about 200), a piece of veggie pizza (350ish), some hot chocolate (I'm sayin 25 because I didn't drink much), and a Ding Dong (140). All in about half an hour. I've been exercising for about 28 minutes. (7 three minute ish songs). I sweated. A lot. And I pushed myself until I thought I wasn't gonna be able to do any more. Then I stretched myself out with some yoga.
So, I probably haven't burned off those calories, but I'm taking a break then I'm gonna go and do more. You guys make me want to exercise, you know that? It's great!
But yesterday was also a bad day when I got to Agapefest. I walked around almost all day. But I probably ate enough to make the walking seem pointless. BUT I bought a lot of lovely CD's! They're awesome. Hawk Nelson's CD Letters To The President has been my exercise CD since Friday. It's cool, and dancey or angry (but in a way that says "I'm almost over this, but it still stings"). I love them. Yup.
Yesterday, I walked around in a tank top and my really short shorts that I now use for exercise. I don't know where my boost of confidence came from. Maybe it's Mom's decision to move in August? I'll be completely free.

I hope you have a wonderful day too, Americaneaglelove! :) And I'm starting to love the feeling of exercising. Before it seemed almost like a chore (like the dishes I was told to do...) but now it feels like a release for my whole body (except my boody. It's naturally small and I like that!).

You know, everyone should go and have a nice remainder of the day! Because we all deserve it!

  1. Good job on exercising! :) I'm glad you're starting to love it! You seem very determined! I love wearing tank tops and short shorts, I'm slightly vain about my thigh gap, but I still have a looong way to go! I hope you have a nice day! :)
